Pricing

My fee is $125 per hour for photography , and $160 per hour for a virtual tour . There is a travel fee for locations more than 30 minutes away from my office.

I can do a range of work from on-a-budget to high-end.

Budget – If you are looking to get all your projects onto your website and cost is a factor, I have a great solution. I shoot the 1-3 areas you have remodeled in 1-1.5 hours. The results are professional and impressive

High end – the difference between the budget solution and the high end solution is all about time, lighting, and detail. I can bring in a stylist if needed (additional fee), and for 1-3 areas, plan on about 4-5 hours.

Of course these are 2 ends of the spectrum, every job is different, so we’ll need to discuss your specifics to get an idea of how long your shoot will take. Your time and money is important, and I will do my utmost to be timely and efficient. The more I understand in advance about your photographic wants, the faster I can be, so please ask lots of questions and let me know what you like and don’t like.
